Who you are
- This role is ideal for someone who does their best work in a fast-paced environment, eager to learn and driven to make an impact
- You have at least 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment (ideally a startup)
- You're proactive, independent, adaptable, positive and have exceptional attention to detail
- You can handle confidential information, can seamlessly navigate last-minute changed and thrive under tight deadlines
Desirable
- Experience in an operations roles such as People Operations or Talent
- Have been an EA to a founder before
What the job involves
- We are looking for an Executive Assistant/Junior Operations Partner to work with our CEO and take ownership of important tasks that'll directly impact the company's success
- This role can be a stepping stone into a Chief of Staff or People Ops role down the line
- Make a tangible difference: You'll play a crucial part in accelerating the development of game-changing hardware

- Exec support: Partner with the CEO to maximise their impact by managing their calendar, inbox, meetings, travel, and occasional personal admin
- Operations: own onboarding new joiners, assist with finance operations like expenses and payroll, organise team socials and more
- Run strategic projects: initiate and own projects from day one that will accelerate our goals
- Office Management: Ensure our office is well-stocked and maintained, and manage vendor relationships

Our take
Engineering today is slow. Engineers waste time plugging equations into spreadsheets, rebuilding CAD models that break, and setting up simulations to test similar things over and over again - and this issue only gets worse as complexity is added. What Flow has done is rebuild the foundational tools that are used. The company developed powerful systems that automate the repetitive execution work, letting the computer do the heavy lifting.
Flow's product constitutes a single medium incorporating all the different tools that are needed to design, instead of engineers being forced to use unconnected and fragmented models. The idea is that the tools amplify and magnify engineers' creative abilities, instead of getting in the way.
Furthermore, Flow's product allows for easy collaboration and editing. Changes propagate throughout the entire system instantly, automatically rebuilding models, making the work for the engineers both more efficient and more effective.
