To help employers, employees, and their dependents get access to better benefits.
If people’s benefits aren’t clear, people won’t use them. That’s what Bennie is setting out to change, with its all-inclusive HR platform that helps business and their employees get the most of their benefits packages.
Where Bennie shines is in the simplicity of its platform. It brings together health, dental and vision insurance as well as company-specific perks or claims spending and put them in one easy-to-use app. As well as this, it offers additional benefits to users at premium rates, and a dedicated team of healthcare advisors available at the click of a button.
This all sounds pretty impressive, but it's not the only company looking to bring HR into the 21st Century. Competitors like London-based (and near indistinguishably-named) Ben offer similar services, and while Bennie’s platform is stronger on additional benefits and healthcare provision as well as enjoying more than double the funding of Ben, it'll have its work cut out to remain on top of rival firms.
