• BitGo is looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Custody organization to help us build resilient, robust services that enable customers to securely store and access their cryptocurrency while meeting compliance requirements around the world
• Build, lead, and mentor a team of high-impact engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and ownership
• Take direct responsibility for the timely delivery and quality of your team’s work
• Collaborate with product management, designers, and other stakeholders to create and prioritize your team’s roadmap
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to build intuitive and delightful interfaces for our users
• Take ownership of building platforms that enable developers inside and outside of the company to build secure crypto applications
• Own, drive, and be accountable to KPIs pertaining to development processes, product quality, and customer value
• Act as a strong, positive bridge between engineering teams and product operations, support, compliance, and business stakeholders
• Align the team to broader company objectives and client expectations
