Senior Director Of Engineering, Workiva

• We're looking for more than just a technical expert; we want someone who is empathetic, understands the intricacies of engineering leadership, and specializes in the authentication and authorization space
• Bachelor’s degree with 12 years related experience, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 8 years of direct people management experience, including leading Directors and Managers

• Lead, mentor and inspire our IAM engineering team, providing the guidance and support needed to deliver exceptional results
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance our IAM capabilities, aligning with both business objectives and industry best practices
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define IAM requirements, design scalable solutions, and implement effective security controls
• Drive the evolution of our IAM systems, including identity lifecycle management, access controls, authentication, and authorization mechanisms
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends in IAM, recommending and implementing solutions to improve our security posture and operational efficiency
• Cultivate strong relationships with vendors and third-party providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services
• Establish and uphold governance processes, policies, and standards related to IAM, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
