Role
Who you are
- You have extensive sales hunter experience, specializing in serving multinational enterprise customers
- Strong experience with sales forecasting and metrics, coaching and driving sales methodologies and processes (mastery of MEDDICC is a plus)
- Proven capability to lead and deliver significant growth, through revenue team expansion and/or improved efficiencies
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and products
- Skilled in defining processes, KPIs, and guidance for teams to follow
- Relentless drive to achieve results, strong willed, motivating and cool under pressure
- Metrics driven & process oriented
- You are an inspirational and hands-on leader with 10+ years working in the US, with demonstrated experience in leading senior sales contributors
- You have the ability to pick up on complex IDV discussions in order to assist your team
- Team-oriented. Focused on what’s right for the customer , not what’s right for the individual or function; ability to build deep relationships and earn the respect of other teams
- Strong, decisive and action-oriented leadership style; ability to make, communicate, and take accountability for timely decisions

What the job involves
- Veriff is looking for a Director of Sales; Americas to drive revenue, oversee US and LATAM expansion, and manage our US and Latam Sales Team (Enterprise Account Executives)
- This Leader will drive key decisions within the company's executive leadership team to develop both short and long term strategy
- Ensure that Revenue’s high growth targets are met from new customer acquisition
- Drive key decisions with the company’s executive leadership team to develop both short and long term strategy
- Engage with the largest strategic opportunities, leading executive relationships and helping the team navigate long sales cycles to win new customers
- Lead and mentor the current sales team, inspiring a cohesive and performance-driven culture and team spirit
- Bring discipline and structure to the sales process to deliver the best possible customer experience throughout the sales cycle, while ensuring accurate and reliable forecasting
- Work in partnership with the Product and Engineering teams to ensure the goal of offering market-leading products and service solutions
- Partner with the finance department to implement better metrics to improve revenue forecasting and better utilize resources
- Develop best practices that enable the organization to more rapidly scale to deliver on revenue targets and support KPIs for growth
- Regular alignment with internal stakeholders to continue to drive significant impact across all markets and grow the business
Our take
Veriff started when the founder tried to access one of the worlds largest online marketplaces underage. He realised that, with some slight photo editing, he could easily break through their verification process. The company believes that identity is a valuable asset, and delivers real safety, protection and transparency to interactions online.
Veriff combines technical advancements in facial recognition, social ID, device ID and more into a SaaS model, that is easy to use and accessible to companies of all sizes. The service includes features such as real-time identity document verification, automated "Proof of Address" processes, and automated SSN Verification.
Veriff has continued to add to its offerings with new technologies and improvements. The considerable funds raised by the company in 2022 led to its Unicorn valuation and fuelled continued research and development. It enabled Veriff to hire more talent for its team. Partnerships with the likes of SonoSuite, a digital tech provider for the music industry, indicate Veriff's continued expansion of its products into new markets.
