Role
Who you are
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building B2B campaigns to attract and convert C-suite executives
- You should be capable of setting strategies independently, executing them with cross-functional teams, and utilizing data to advance and improve existing campaigns
- You’ve built high-converting landing pages and are familiar with conversion rate optimization best practices
- You have experience deploying a range of tactics to market into c-suite contacts at mid-market and enterprise companies
- You are proficient with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot is a plus) and familiar with marrying marketing campaign data with CRM pipeline metrics
- You have hands-on experience with building and managing paid search campaigns on Google and social platforms such as LinkedIn
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, agency-level reporting dashboards, and CRM systems such as Salesforce
What the job involves
- As the Senior Manager of Demand Generation, you will be the architect of our marketing success, spearheading the growth of our business by creating innovative campaigns to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and foster lead generation
- This is an opportunity to shape the trajectory of our marketing organization and help us achieve our ambitious revenue targets
- Lead Generation: Implement and manage lead generation programs to increase the quantity and quality of leads
- Lead Nurture: Develop and maintain lead nurturing workflows to advance leads through the funnel and facilitate their progression to sales-ready status. Work closely with the business development team for lead handoff and alignment on strategy
- Digital Marketing: Strategize, develop, and manage digital ad campaigns and copy alongside the branding team to attract target audiences across different digital channels
- Data Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and measure the ROI of marketing efforts
- Budget Execution: Monitor and manage the demand generation budget effectively, allocating resources to high-impact initiatives

Startups can find it hard to get insured, thanks to legacy systems that struggle to accommodate the concept of, for example, a successful company flush with funding but low on revenue. Vouch is a US insurtech startup looking to right this wrong for startups right from seed stage.
Instead of applying unsuitable risk assessment procedures, adding irrelevant coverage, and wrapping the whole thing up in startup-prohibitive exclusions, Vouch’s approach is to reform the process from the ground up. Cutting loose in this way from legacy processes means Vouch both offers an unusually tailored product, and can pivot more swiftly towards the rapidly changing requirements of its startup clientele. For example, by offering additional packages suitable to remote working when workforces pivoted online.
It’s won Vouch strong investor confidence, with backers including Y-Combinator and Silicon Valley Bank, and around $6B in risk protected. This is relevant, because publicly traded insurtech startup giants like Lemonade and Root have been routed in the markets recently. Vouch’s strong and relatively protected position could see it sneak up on them, if it can maintain its momentum.
