Role
Who you are
- Education: Master or Ph.D in CS, Math, Engineering, or related field
- Experience: Proven experience in blockchain technology, ideally in a research or development capacity
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in blockchain algorithm, cryptography, and related technologies. Familiarity with programming languages such as Solidity, Go, Typescript
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, creativity, ability to work in a team or independently, excellent communication skills
What the job involves
- As a blockchain researcher/research engineer, you will be conducting advanced research on the cutting-edge blockchain technologies including but not limited to account abstraction, zero knowledge proof, rollup, trustless bridge, etc
- You will be working with engineering team to build proof-of-concept demo and working with leadership team to plan out the roadmap of the protocol and technology
- Research & Development: Conduct advanced research on the latest blockchain technologies including but not limited to account abstraction, zero-knowledge proofs, rollups, modular blockchain, blockchain bridges, and layer-two solutions
- Your focus will be on how these technologies can be harnessed to create new ways of managing, protecting, and commercializing intellectual property
- Prototyping & Implementation: Engage hands-on with the technology, building prototypes and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) that demonstrate the applicability of your research findings to real-world IP challenges
- Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with the leadership team to shape the roadmap for the protocol and technology, ensuring alignment with our business objectives. Collaborate across teams and with external partners to ensure a seamless development process
- Publishing & Communication: Write research reports, present findings at conferences, and contribute to research publications in the blockchain space. Engage with the wider community, sharing knowledge and fostering innovation
