Role
Who you are
- Are you passionate about leading the new design paradigm for AI-native products, and crafting user experiences that are engaging, intuitive and delight users?
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 3 years of product design experience within the tech industry, with a strong preference for AI/ML native software products
- Demonstrated success in creating engaging, intuitive, and highly interactive design prototypes, especially for 0-1 products
- Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and UX testing tools, enabling you to bring your visions to life
- Hands-on experience in conducting usability testing and user research, ensuring that your designs are both effective and user-friendly
- Excellent communication skills and collaborate passionately with cross-functional teams
Desirable
- Deep understanding and experience with enterprise AI/ML needs, particularly large organizations with mission-critical applications
- Advanced skills in rapid prototyping and iterative design processes, demonstrating your ability to quickly turn ideas into functional and interactive prototypes
- Strong advocate for user-centered design, with a proven track record of incorporating user feedback and UX research into every stage of the design process

- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and iterate on designs

Our take
As the rate of AI adoption accelerates, Normal Computing sets out to make it more usable and scalable for enterprises, where risk is a central barrier to its implementation. The hope is that this will allow enterprises to make use of technologies such as Generative AI which has so far only been considered appropriate for early consumer applications.
The company's Probabilistic AI gives control over reliability, adaptivity, and auditability to AI models powered by its customers' private data. It boasts the ability to support such applications as automating complex underwriting processes, generating and validating specialized code, and mitigating risks in situations where the conditions are dynamic and fluctuating.
By targeting a major roadblock to enterprise AI adoption, Normal Computing has the chance to make a major (and profitable) contribution to accelerating complex AI use cases. The company has raised considerable funding to support its endeavours, which it will use to double down on the R&D of its application development platform and Probabilistic AI technology.
