Who you are
- Right for a growth expert with experience in B2C or self-serve B2B SaaS doing CRM / Retention / Lifecycle Marketing / Rev Ops. Experience with Customer.io / Hubspot a bonus

- 5+ years of experience in lifecycle or email marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Strong technical skills – Comfortable with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Data-driven mindset – You make decisions based on numbers and continuously look for ways to improve
- Hands-on and proactive – You don’t just come up with ideas; you execute them and make things happen
- You’ve worked at an early stage company that has seen rapid growth (<100 people)

What the job involves
- Franky, CMO, is the hiring manager
- As Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will help us engage, convert, retain users, and help Fyxer spread like wildfire through our users’ companies
- You will send set up and optimise automated, personalized, marketing to our users via email, SMS, WhatsApp, and phone calls. You will report into the Growth Director in the Marketing team
- Get users the right message at the right time – Ensure every user receives the most relevant communication based on who they are and where they are in their journey
- Own the automation and tooling – Work with the Growth Engineers to build out our Single Customer View and the system we need to send sophisticated and large scale user comms
- Receive briefs from teams, execute campaigns – Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, taking briefs and turning them into automated, targeted messaging campaigns. Brief the Content team for works, images and videos to improve the emails
- Measure and optimize performance – Run hundreds of split tests, analyze the data and constantly improve the system
- Improve the customer journey – Identify gaps and opportunities to improve the user experience, convert users to paid and get more users within their organisations
- Run multi-channel campaigns – Having built out the email system, test SMS, WhatsApp, direct mail and phone calls to engage users at every stage of their journey
