Senior Manager of Content Strategy, Amperity

• 12+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, preferably in enterprise SaaS or martech environments
• 5 + years successfully leading strong, effective teams
• Proven track record developing successful content strategies that drive measurable business results
• Experience managing and mentoring content teams and external agencies
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills

• The Senior Manager, Content Strategy supports the development of an integrated content strategy to engage Amperity target personas
• Working alongside internal and external collaborators, you will help plan and execute content initiatives that align with our overall marketing strategy
• You'll collaborate with creative and editorial resources to create content that brings to life our brand narratives, with a focus on generating qualified leads for the sales team
• Your responsibilities include developing and managing content assets that resonate across earned, owned, and paid platforms to increase awareness, drive education, and support consideration throughout the buyer's journey

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, audience needs, and industry trends
• Lead and mentor a team of content producers/writers while managing relationships with creative agencies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, product marketing, growth marketing, and sales to ensure content alignment
• Establish content governance frameworks, style guides, and best practices to maintain brand consistency
• Content Creation & Production
• Oversee the production of diverse content types including white papers, case studies, blog posts, videos, podcasts, and webinars
• Create scalable content frameworks that allow for efficient repurposing across multiple channels and formats
• Ensure all content is on-brand, technically accurate, and optimized for engagement and conversion
• Implement editorial calendars and workflows to manage content production effectively
