Who you are
- A curious, proactive, and digitally savvy mind who’s eager to learn by doing—testing, optimizing, and making an impact through every message sent
- You are an enrolled student of a marketing, business administration or comparable degree program
- You have previous working experience with a marketing/CRM department and looking for a role where you can get hands-on experience within a CRM team
- You have experience working with (and/or a desire to learn more about) marketing automation tools, like Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- You are data-driven but understand the art behind creating the right message for the right moment
- You are detail-oriented and pride yourself on delivering pristine quality workYou’re eager to learn, but willing to work independently on projects as well
- You stay cool, even if things go crazyYou’re a fan of mobility services – from scooters and bikes to cars and vans
- You have strong English skills (spoken and written)
- Bonus: You are studying to pursue a career in marketing, specifically marketing automation and CRM
What the job involves
- Drive customer engagement at the right moment – Help design and launch hyper-targeted campaigns (emails, push notifications, etc.) that guide our users throughout their journey
- Master our CRM tools – Support the setup and execution of impactful communications directly within our CRM platform
- Bring fresh energy and creative ideas – Infuse your passion for email marketing and digital comms to help us elevate an already best-in-class strategy
- Track what truly matters – Build reports and performance dashboards that uncover what’s working—and where we can do even better
- Turn data into action – Contribute to data-driven communication strategies and support the rollout of innovative marketing promotions and experiments
- Activate the right users at the right time – Support the CLM team in deploying automated customer journeys via email, push notifications, and other digital channels
- Work hands-on with Salesforce Marketing Cloud – Explore and enhance one of the most advanced CRM platforms to power high-performing marketing automation
- Build dynamic segments & technical components – Set up personalized audiences, trigger logics, and custom blocks to support data-driven communication strategies
- Track performance through actionable KPIs – Develop dashboards and reports to analyze the business impact of CLM campaigns and lifecycle touchpoints
- Contribute to key structural projects – Take part in improving our CRM architecture, including data flows, automation logic, and system enhancements

Our take
Free2Move provides an all-in-one car logistics service, offering services for booking parking spaces, car rental, car sharing, taxis, and electric car recharge locations. The company's services are provided across 170 countries with pricing tiers for both personal and business use and include all necessary regulations such as insurance, maintenance, and customer support.
Whilst it’s undeniable that individual online mobility services exist for each of the services that Free2Move provides, the company has made a smart move by aggregating them all into a universal easy-to-use car logistics service. Whilst the company currently provides access to both gas-powered and electric vehicles, it plans to focus on reducing its carbon footprint by focusing more on electric cars in the future.
Other plans moving forward include an expansion into America, with the introduction of ride-sharing services across five major US cities through a fleet of 3000 cars. Whilst car-sharing hasn't been a major trend in the US, CEO Brigitte Courtehoux, appointed at the end of 2022, is capitalizing on another gap in the US market by leasing its technology to US car dealers for use in their own respective rental and car-sharing services. It's also launched a mobility app in partnership with Share Now, which it merged with in 2022.
