- Expert Knowledge: Node.js, React, JavaScript & TypeScript, API & microservice development

- Software Quality: Strong understanding of testing, CI/CD, and documentation best practices
- Nice-to-Haves: Familiarity with NestJS, Nx, AWS, or even better—experience with EDI

- As a Staff Software Engineer at Orderful, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and scalability of our platform
- Our systems handle millions of critical EDI transactions every month, and a single error can lead to significant business impact, with tens of thousands of dollars worth of merchandise potentially going undelivered
- As our transaction volume grows, maintaining accuracy, scalability, and reliability is paramount. You’ll lead complex projects and help guide the future of our technology to support this growth
- Design & Lead: Architect and deploy scalable systems that power our core platform
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work with cross-functional teams to solve challenging problems and drive technical decisions that align with our business goals
- Oversee & Deliver: Oversee project timelines, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business and technical requirements
- Mentor & Share: Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and growth by mentoring engineers and promoting best practices
- Optimize for Success: Ensure our systems meet high standards for performance, security, and reliability
