Role

Who you are

  • Current Sophomore or Junior student pursuing an undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline (eg. marketing, business, analytics, statistics, economics) with a 3.0 GPA minimum
  • Must be returning to the course of study following the completion of the Co-op
  • Ability to commit to working 40 hours/week (9am-5pm, Monday-Friday) from January 6 to June 20, 2025 in our Boston office
  • You must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by Wayfair now or in the future

  • Program Dates: January 6, 2025 - June 20, 2025

  • This team builds strong relationships with suppliers to provide true partnership in helping customers create a space that reflects who they are and what they need. They attract, grow, and retain Wayfair’s customer base through innovative marketing strategies. This team curates and refines product collections to enhance and optimize the shopping journey.
  • The Commercial team also offers outstanding support to meet customers where they are through home services, financing options, and direct sales interactions. As a Commercial Analyst Co-op, you’ll develop and execute strategies that generate competitive advantage for Wayfair, and the results of your findings will improve the end-to-end supplier and customer experience
  • Own and independently manage essential business functions to drive successful outputs and excellence of team and department
  • Analyze and visualize large datasets using technical and critical-thinking skills to identify business/performance trends, operational inefficiencies, and growth opportunities
  • Design, launch, and manage hypothesis-driven A/B tests; present findings to essential stakeholders to inform long-term strategy and drive roadmaps forward
  • Create digestible and intuitive performance dashboards and trackers to help support team operations and foster cross-functional collaboration
  • Ask lots of questions, grow your professional network, and build foundational business skills that you will carry with you through the rest of your career
