Who you are
- 10+ years of experience in Marketing; 3+ years of management experience
- 5 years of experience managing external partner relationships and launching co-marketing programs that delivered measurable business impact
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or other business-related/quantitative fields of study
- Highly analytical, with a passion for problem-solving and for turning complex data into compelling stories
- Exceptional communication, collaboration and project management skills with a proven track record of getting stakeholder buy-in to bring strategies to life
- Energized by ambiguity and rapid change, with a natural ability to bring clarity, momentum, and structure to evolving challenges
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis, reporting, and marketing execution; proactively identifies opportunities to apply AI/automation to drive efficiency and better business outcomes

What the job involves
- In this role, you’ll act as both a strategist and an operator—turning big-picture partnership opportunities into scalable marketing programs
- You’ll be accountable for driving business impact through partner-led initiatives that generate high-quality leads and strengthen our position in the consumer lending space
- Success means shaping how our brands show up in the market, testing new approaches, and building repeatable programs that fuel long-term growth
- We are looking for a strategic and analytical Head of Consumer Partnerships to join our team and help shape how we activate and scale partnerships across the consumer business
- Own a portfolio of 20+ strategic partnerships, leveraging their unique capabilities to launch marketing programs that directly contribute to customer acquisition goals
- Monitor and analyze weekly performance of partnership marketing efforts, identifying opportunities to optimize results and scale
- Manage 1-2 direct reports by setting clear goals, coaching regularly, and fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork and communication
- Partner with Business Intelligence and Analytics to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive measurable business outcomes
- Provide reporting insights and data-driven recommendations to marketing leadership and other key executives
- Collaborate with the Market Intelligence team and strategic partners to identify and analyze key marketplace trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer behavior
- Stay at the forefront of AI and emerging marketing technologies, identifying and applying best practices to drive efficiencies in partner program execution, performance analysis, and reporting
- Champion fresh, data-backed ideas drawing from trends in fintech, B2C marketing, and channel strategy to drive growth
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance and Bank Partnership teams to ensure the end-to-end consumer experience meets all regulatory requirements
- Lead business development and contract negotiations for new and existing partnerships, ensuring terms align with strategic business objectives and financial goals
Our take
Providing customers with quick access to credit is important for fintech companies to survive in today's financial landscape of open banking, but this is made difficult by high credit rejection rates from banks. However, these decisions are generally made by human assessments of data, which are limited due to the complexity of the modern financial landscape. AI-driven solutions, able to analyse vast amounts of data almost instantly to derive accurate credit risk assessments, present room for improvement in the lending industry.
Enova provides a platform called Colossus that leverages AI and machine learning-enabled analytics to provide businesses and individuals with fast, reliable, and trustworthy credit. The company achieves this by partnering with banks and sharing its data analysis solutions, helping to identify credit opportunities when they would otherwise be missed. There is definitely a market for its product: over 15M customers have funded almost $70B through the platform to date.
Enova has grown strongly in recent years based on the rapid uptake of its product. As the macroeconomic climate remains volatile, businesses will become increasingly reliant on Enova's AI-based solutions to help them manage credit risk and navigate a complex lending environment.
