Who you are
- You have proven business development success through effective use of core prospection tools: Salesforce, LinkedIn, Emailing tools, ABM tools
- You are capable of understanding customer pain points and correlating potential business to value that can be provided by DataDome
- You have a strong and professional communication skills (written and verbal) partnered with excellent listening skills. You should not be afraid of cold calling and facing prospects
- You have a positive attitude and demonstrated ability to deal with rejection
- You have a proven track record and success in converting qualified leads through cold outbound
- You are agile, you learn quickly and you embrace challenges
- You thrive in in-person hands-on training
- Near native English is mandatory as you will be covering Europe
What the job involves
- As a member of the Sales team, you will be joining a team of 23 AEs and BDRs, located in New York, Paris and Singapore and whose sole mission is to bring on new customers

- You will be expected to collaborate closely with other teams (Marketing, Growth, Tech) while demonstrating enthusiasm and energy in everything you do
- DataDome is a SaaS solution with strong Go to Market and a short Sales Cycle that allow new BDR to book meeting within their first 3 weeks, and Account Managers to secure deals within their first 3 months after joining the company
- As the Enterprise Business Development Representative you will be in-charge of engaging the conversation with our prospects in order to generate new meetings and contribute to the sales pipeline
- Engaging prospects through cold calling, emailing and social selling
- Identifying key players / decision makers and generate their interest
- Providing in depth information to the Account Executive team to convert the most qualified and productive SQLs
- Nurturing leads until they are qualified and ready to talk with DataDome
- Using our CRM Salesforce to maintain well organized data and improve the team’s efficiency
- Work closely with Account Executives and Solution Engineers as part of a Squad with a defined territory
- Collaborate with the the Marketing, Growth, Events, Partnerships and Account Management team to grow the EMEA market

Our take

DataDome offers a solution, providing protection against malicious bots for an enterprise's mobile apps, APIs, and websites.
DataDome is one player in a heavily contested market and competes against the likes of PerimiterX and HUMAN. However, it stands out due to its machine learning engine which enables it to analyze all data requests within 2 milliseconds. This gives it the ability to operate in real time without increasing latency for customers using the client's services legitimately.
DataDome has secured backing in the form of enterprise customers, among which are the NYT, Reddit and Tripadvisor, all firms which are particularly vulnerable to bot attacks. It has also secured significant investment that is cited to fund global commercial rollout, as well as supporting accelerated R&D efforts that will ensure its offering stays well ahead of bot developers and fraudsters.
