Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in B2C product management, ideally mobile apps
- Record of delivering successful products and features
- Proven track record of owning a roadmap and product strategy
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills based on data and customer insight
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management tools such as JIRA and Figma
- Genuine interest in the wedding industry
- Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation
- A great eye for detail and passion for UX and UI
- Experience working on engagement OKRs and conducting user research would be great but not essential!
What the job involves
- As a Senior Product Manager you will oversee the day to day product work on our website and mobile app, as well as plan the future roadmap and strategy for our Couples
- You’ll be our couples’ ultimate advocate and help them to plan the best day of their lives with the least stress and the most joy
- Own the couples’ product vision, future strategy and roadmap planning. Working with key stakeholders to define and prioritise product initiatives based on customer problems, business goals and market trends
- Lead OKR planning for the Couples product. Including contributing to what metrics should be tracked as well as the key initiatives to move those metrics
- Collaborate at a rapid pace with cross-functional teams including engineering, B2B product, product design, digital marketing and operations
- Define and track key product metrics to measure the overall health of the Couples product as well as the success of features and experiments
- Get stuck into qualitative data ensuring that all initiatives are based on a clear understanding of customers problems and needs
- Lead one direct report who is responsible for the everyday B2C feature definition and development across our global consumer-facing platforms. This role will also manage A/B testing and experimentation
