Who you are
- We’re looking for someone with a growth mindset, which means you like to solve problems, create and test hypotheses, explore new channels, and get things shipped sooner rather than later
- You likely have 1-3 years of experience in marketing. You might not have experience in all areas of the role we’ve outlined, but you’re willing to learn
- You have a curious mindset and like to take problems back to first principles to come up with creative solutions
- You’re scrappy and you find a way to get things done even if it feels hard
- You write like you talk. You don’t write generic B2B fluff
- You want to work in a small team with ambitious goals
- You’re based in the UK
What the job involves
- We’re going to be leveraging brand new channels and tactics and we’re looking for a Growth Marketing Executive to help us achieve this
- You’ll be joining an existing team of 4 marketers with 2 additional hires planned alongside this role—we’re a fast-growing team with lots to do
- This is a fully remote role, but we're looking for someone in the UK, who is able to join occasional in-person team meet ups in London
- Contribute to revenue goals—you’ll be working closely with me to generate and capture demand that ensures the whole Marketing & Sales team reliably hits our goals for new opportunities, pipeline, revenue, retention, and churn
- Execute on our business-as-usual marketing activity, such as maintaining a regular content calendar and writing posts for Pinpoint’s own LinkedIn page and those of our internal social ambassadors, and curating content for our soon-to-be launched newsletter to send out on a weekly schedule
- Help us stand out at some of the UK’s biggest recruiting events in 2024
- Contribute to growth experiments with new campaigns and tactics we want to validate, like B2B influencer marketing and account-based marketing
- Spot ways to make our marketing more efficient, understanding that we need to balance cost and impact and speaking up if you can see a way to improve something
- Support on diversifying our channel mix—helping me to seek out and validate new channels for capturing demand, generating new demand, and increasing brand awareness

Further growth for the company is set to depend largely on increasing the size of its team to expand its global footprint.
