Role
Who you are
- You’re early in your career and excited to grow in a role that blends data, technology, and business strategy

- You have 1+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations, preferably within a startup or fast-paced environment
- You have familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and marketing automation tools
- You have strong analytical skills and experience working with data in Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
- You have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- You are a proactive team player who’s eager to learn and grow
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Coordinator to join our winning team, which is revolutionizing the court reporting industry every single day. We’re a diverse team from all over the country (and beyond), and we’re crazy about redefining the boundaries of an outdated industry
- In this role, you will report directly to the Vice President of Revenue Operations and work closely with our Revenue Operations team on projects that impact inside sales, outside sales, and marketing
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Go-To-Market teams, including ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of CRM data and reporting
- Triage, respond and resolve requests and issues that come in from the GTM team on a day-to-day basis
- Partner with Revenue Operations, and cross-functional teams, to implement process improvements and automation
- Analyze revenue metrics and performance data to identify trends and improvement areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic projects aimed at improving client acquisition and retention
- Contribute to documentation and training around RevOps tools and best practices
- Our GTM team is a high-growth, powerhouse group, focused on expanding Steno’s presence and impact. The team cultivates business relationships that help Steno achieve our big, audacious goals
- Composed of Marketing, Inside Sales, and Outside Sales teams, we work in direct partnership with our Customer Success and Executive teams to drive awareness and revenue while remaining laser-focused on creating and sustaining exceptional client relationships

Steno received $15 million in a 2024 Series B round as it begins to roll out its gen-AI-powered Transcript Genius, a tool for transcript analysis, indicating a culture of continued innovation.
