Who you are
- Proven experience in pre-sales engineering in a SaaS environment, with 5+ years supporting sales and service delivery for enterprise clients
- Confidence in customer-facing communication, technical analysis, solution positioning, and navigating complex RFI/RFP processes
- Eagerness to combine strong technical foundations (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, web technologies, APIs) with a passion for helping clients unlock product value

What the job involves
- Manage the technical and product relationship with prospects and customers, serving as a trusted point of contact throughout the sales cycle
- Build and maintain tailored solution presentations by analyzing prospect websites and delivering smart, data-driven insights and strategic recommendations
- Drive alignment between market needs and product innovation by providing feedback to product development teams and staying ahead of industry trends
- Lead end-to-end pre-sales efforts, from demonstrations and RFP responses to scoping and pricing, with minimal support
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation, while communicating new product capabilities clearly and effectively
- Act as the technical voice in high-level discussions with engineering, management, and executive stakeholders, demonstrating the value and feasibility of AB Tasty's solutions
