Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, design, technology)
- 5+ years of project management experience within a design or creative environment
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies
- Strong understanding of design principles and processes
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Asana, Trello)
- Experience with design tools (e.g. Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
What the job involves
- We’re seeking a Project Manager to optimize and streamline our design operations within the design and creative teams
- Your goal will be to help the design team get their work done, enhancing team productivity through refining processes, removing obstacles, and ensuring seamless collaboration between functions
- You will be critical in ensuring that our design and creative teams focus on delivering impactful work
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and design, to ensure smooth project execution
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams and stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders
- Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies
- Manage design operations, including asset management, design systems, and design tools
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management and design operations
