• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance roles, with a balanced background in FP&A, strategic finance within the manufacturing industry
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex financial and data concepts clearly

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business objectives
• Strategic Finance: Provide data-driven financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership for strategic decision-making
• Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models incorporating extensive data analysis
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various departments to understand their data needs and solve capital allocation problems using analytical methods
• Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive financial and data analytics reports to stakeholders
