Who you are
- 2-4 years experience in as a founder or early employee at a startup; we will also consider management consulting, or investment banking
- Track record of ownership and execution in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

- Proficiency with modern tools (Linear, Mixpanel, Notion, Google Sheets)

What the job involves
- As Founding BizOps Lead at Anon, you'll shape our business operations and strategy while working closely with the co-founders
- This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, as you build and scale critical business functions during a period of rapid growth
- Own critical business functions including Finance, HR, Legal, and Operations
- Develop and implement scalable processes to improve operational efficiency
- Manage essential operations like payroll, expenses, contracts, and compliance
- Build infrastructure and processes that enable company growth
- Partner with founders on company strategy and operational decisions
- Drive data-informed decision making through robust metrics and KPIs
- Lead strategic initiatives and special projects across the organization
- Develop and maintain key business reporting across functions
- Work closely with Product and Growth teams on company-wide initiatives
- Build relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders
- Drive operational excellence across departments
- Champion efficient collaboration between business and technical teams

Our take
