Who you are
- Proven Sales Success: Demonstrated success in sales roles, with a strong track record of client acquisition and revenue generation
- Crypto Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the blockchain and crypto industry, including digital assets and trading platforms
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute strategic outbound sales plans to drive growth
- Results-Driven: A track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Education: Formal education in finance, economics or business would be considered an asset
What the job involves
- Reporting to the Head of Sales and Trading, the Director of Sales will be responsible for driving new business and contributing to the strategy and execution of our growth plans
- Client Acquisition: Lead efforts to identify and target prospective clients within the digital assets ecosystem, including institutions, miners, and individuals. Develop and nurture relationships to convert leads into loyal customers
- Outbound Sales Strategy: Craft and execute a comprehensive outbound sales strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives. Identify market opportunities and tailor sales approaches to effectively acquire new clients
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities within the crypto industry. Use market insights to refine sales strategies and stay ahead of the curve
- Sales Collateral: Develop and maintain sales materials, presentations, and proposals to support effective client outreach and communication
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Sales Process Optimization: Continuously improve and streamline the sales process to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices to enhance the client acquisition journey
