What the job involves

Join our growing CRM Team as our CRM Manager, where you’ll bring innovative communication solutions to life
Using our Braze platform, you’ll bring personalised, dynamic and engaging experiences to life for our customers. Think Email, in-App and other communication channels
Reporting into our Senior CRM Manager, you’ll own the creative process, collaborating closely with the Customer Management team to bring their engagement strategies to life
Build dynamic, engaging and personalised communications using HTML and JavaScript
Bring new and creative ideas to the table to help develop cutting-edge customer engagement solutions
Work closely with Customer Management to transform ideas into reality – aligning campaigns with company goals and customer experience standards
Continuously monitor and test solutions, ensuring each campaign delivers maximum impact
