Role
Who you are
- Significant academic background in ML and/or industry experience in Machine Learning, Infrastructure or related fields
- Expertise in Python and Golang
- Experience with building end-to-end machine learning systems
- Experience building scalable micro services and ETL pipelines
- Experience with deep learning framework such as Pytorch or Huggingface
- A love of research publications in the machine learning and software engineering communities
- Effective communicator with experience collaborating cross-functionally with other teams
Desirable
- Experience with ML Inference framework such as TensorrtLLM or Nvidia Triton
- Experience with distributed training frameworks such as Deepspeed
What the job involves
- Design, build and optimize scalable machine learning infrastructure to support training, evaluation, and deployment of large language models
- Build abstractions to automate various steps in different ML workflows
- Collaborate with cross functional teams of engineers, data analytics, machine learning experts, and product to build new features
- Leverage your experience to drive best practices in ML and data engineering

Its system utilizes information about an employee, such as their role and seniority level, to deliver the correct information or carry out processes. Moveworks claims to solve 30% of IT support tickets within weeks of implementation.
In 2024, Moveworks opened a data center in Australia and its service has seen strong uptake from large enterprise-level companies, where IT teams deal with hundreds of requests at a time, helping to minimize backlog and gain back employee time. As more and more workers move from office to home or hybrid, IT support requests have boomed, opening up the opportunity for Moveworks to expand its client pool and provide solutions to help with this change.
With its upcoming acquisition by ServiceNow, Moveworks is stepping into an exciting new chapter. Joining forces with ServiceNow means its AI assistant and enterprise search tools can reach even more employees and businesses, helping make everyday work tasks easier and faster. The deal also sets Moveworks up to be a key player in the future of workplace AI, showing that its technology is ready to grow and make an even bigger impact.
