• As our Demand Generation Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in helping the marketing team scale high-performing marketing programs through excellent execution and operational support
• This is an ideal position for someone early in their marketing career who wants to learn by doing—working across webinars, events, campaigns, social media, and web content to keep everything running smoothly and on time
• Whether you’re scheduling a webinar, updating our website, or tracking campaign performance in Asana, your work will be essential to keeping our go-to-market engine firing on all cylinders
• You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values initiative, iteration, and impact
• Create and schedule LinkedIn posts for the company and executive profiles, monitor engagement, and align with broader marketing campaign efforts
• Support webinars and events through managing logistics, email campaigns, slide prep, team coordination, and post-production video editing
• Keep marketing campaigns on track by managing timelines, updating Asana tasks, and ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule
• Maintain and update website content, support SEO improvements, and ensure new marketing content is published quickly
• Organize marketing performance data to help the team evaluate results and optimize future campaigns
