Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in GTM strategy and operations or similar
- Proficiency with core GTM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Chilipiper)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

What the job involves
- We’re looking to hire a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Global Revenue Operations function
- This role will encompass end-to-end program management across the GTM funnel as well as day-to-day operational support
- The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally to eliminate friction in the go-to-market (GTM), ensuring alignment across processes, technology, and strategies to accelerate revenue growth across our global GTM
- Optimise GTM efficiency through continuous process improvement
- Create repeatable playbooks for sales and CS to scale efficiently
- Collaborate on workflow management and enrichment operations to help drive improved efficiency within the GTM function
- Work on integrations and automation to reduce manual work for Sales and CS
- Maintain process documentation and governance frameworks
- Supporting sales & CS teams with planning and operational tasks
- Operationalisation, administration & training of key tools in our GTM tech stack. Ie step by step guides, demos
