Who you are
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in finance or business operations within scaling organisations — ideally in tech, SaaS, or other high-growth environments
- Minimum AAT Level 4 qualification (or equivalent experience); ACCA/CIMA/ACA desirable for progression into broader ownership
- Strong understanding of financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and systems, with a sharp eye for accuracy and scalability
- Experience managing revenue contracts, customer invoicing, and billing accuracy, ensuring cashflow and reporting stay aligned
- Confident working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and leadership teams, translating financial insight into business decisions
- Experience with Xero, AirWallex, Revolut, ApprovalMax and Google Suite would be highly beneficial
- You’ll think commercially — connecting the numbers to what really drives the business and helping others do the same
- You’ll bring structure and calm to fast-moving environments, keeping things organised and on track without overcomplicating
- You’ll communicate clearly and build trust, making it easy for teams to work with you and stay aligned

- We’re looking for a Business Operations Lead to help Neurolabs run smarter, faster, and more efficiently
- You’ll bring structure, financial acumen, and a hands-on approach to scaling how we operate

- As we scale across markets, having a solid operational backbone is critical. From financial systems to compliance frameworks, every detail underpins how fast and confidently we can grow. This role sits at the heart of that — ensuring our business runs smoothly, risks are managed proactively, and decisions are grounded in clarity and data
- Your mission: build the operational foundation, keep us financially sharp and ready to scale
- Work side by side with the CEO to translate company priorities into operational plans
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure revenue contracts, invoicing, and renewals are accurate and timely
- Use financial and operational data to keep the business aligned and decision-ready
- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities — and build scalable processes to close them
- Drive company planning rhythms (OKRs, KPIs, weekly reviews) and ensure accountability across teams
- Lead day-to-day finance operations: customer invoicing, vendor payments, payroll coordination, and budget tracking
- Maintain revenue accuracy — ensuring customer billing, contract terms, and cashflow remain up to date
- Work with external accountants on filings, reconciliations, and monthly management accounts
- Provide financial insight to guide investment decisions, cost control, and commercial performance
- Partner with the CEO on forecasting, reporting, and maintaining visibility on company performance across the UK and US
- Coordinate UK and US corporate filings (Companies House, HMRC, Delaware/SOS)
- Manage our EMI scheme and filings with external advisors
- Work with legal counsel on NDAs, MSAs, DPAs, and vendor contracts
- Serve as Data Protection Lead, ensuring GDPR and privacy compliance across jurisdictions
- Act as the operational connector between Finance, Product, and Commercial teams
- Support board and investor reporting with clear, data-driven insights that reflect financial and operational health
- Own and improve the company’s core tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Linear, Zoom)
- Streamline, automate, and rationalise how we work to increase efficiency and reduce cost
- Oversee workspace logistics, hybrid operations, and equipment lifecycle

It substitutes the expensive and rare real-world data required to train CV algorithms with synthetically generated data to provide massive, rich and diverse low-cost data sets at a fraction of the cost and time.
Working with leading CPG brands, Neurolabs' Image Recognition technology utilises synthetic data and digital twins. It combines advanced machine learning techniques and CGI models to create large sets of perfectly labelled data that is optimised for CV, giving its customers scalable and accurate insights. The company’s proprietary CV technology enables rapid state-of-the-art development of object recognition solutions across multiple use cases and industries, accelerating the automation of repetitive visual tasks.
Its technology empowers both small and large customers to implement CV applications with minimal resources and costs — no coding required, no tedious data labelling, and no image gathering. Its partners use the technology to automate generic object recognition tasks in industries ranging from hospitality to retail and manufacturing.
Although ‘automation’ is a term that is often associated with job losses, Neurolabs’ vision is to enhance the capabilities of workers, not replace them outright. With its 2025 Series A funding, it plans to grow its team and expand its presence across the UK, European and US markets.
