What the job involves

Our Brand, Creative and Customer Experience team is looking for a trend-obsessed, data-informed Social Media Manager to own our brand’s digital presence. This isn't just about posting pictures; it’s about building a community, sparking conversations, and staying three steps ahead of the ever-changing algorithm
In this role, you will be the face and voice of our brand across all social platforms, turning our brand strategy into "scroll-stopping" content. You will lead a team that drives awareness and produces thumb stopping content
Content Creation & Curation: Concept, script, and produce high-quality social content (specifically short-form video like Reels/TikTok) that resonates with our target audience
Community Management: Actively engage with our community. This means responding to comments, managing DMs, and fostering a "human" connection with our followers
Social Strategy: Develop and execute a platform-specific strategy that balances brand awareness, community growth, and traffic goals
Social Listening: Monitor industry trends, competitor moves, and cultural moments to ensure our brand remains relevant and timely
Reporting & Insights: Analyze weekly and monthly performance metrics to identify what’s working, what isn’t, and how we can optimize for ROI
