What the job involves
- We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Affiliate Manager to join our Affiliate Marketing team
- This is a sales-focused, hybrid role based near Irvine, CA, requiring 2-3 in-office days per week
- You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of affiliate partners, generating revenue, and expanding our network through strategic outreach
- Prospect, onboard, and manage affiliate partners to drive revenue and program growth through hosting zoom meetings, sending out personalized emails, and calling prospective affiliates
- Be comfortable making outbound and inbound calls daily, holding Zoom meetings, and engaging in strategic conversations with affiliates
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize affiliate performance and conversions
- Provide affiliates with ongoing support, insights, and creative promotional ideas in order to increase new subscriptions
- Analyze performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and optimize conversion strategies
- Regularly report on affiliate success and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership
- Represent Helium 10 at affiliate events, conferences, and networking meetups (including monthly lunch meetings with partners)
- Comfortable with creating a dedicated Helium 10 social channel or leveraging your existing platform to connect with and engage prospective influencers
- Knowledge of e-commerce or social media growth is a plus
