Who you are
- This role is ideal for a proactive individual eager to work on a broad portfolio of products, including soft goods, hard goods, electrical accessories, personal care/cosmetics, and home décor
- High School diploma
- 2+ years of experience in project management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment
- Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Aroma360 is a boutique Scent Marketing and Branding company that specializes in providing the highest-quality essential oil-based scenting solutions to businesses and individuals all around the world
- As the only full-service scent company, Aroma360 guides clients from concept and development to strategic implementation while priding themselves on exceptional customer service every step of the way
- We are looking for a Project Coordinator for our New Product Development team
- The New Product Development (NPD) team is responsible for bringing a diverse range of products from concept to delivery
- This role involves working cross-functionally within the organization and collaborating with global suppliers to ensure seamless execution of product development and production processes
- As a key contributor, you will coordinate the product lifecycle to align with company expectations
- Plan, organize, and manage projects from inception to completion
- Collaborate with the NPD logistics coordinator to ensure accurate product packing and timely collection
- Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and freight forwarders to ensure a smooth production workflow
- Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, finance, operations, and marketing, to engage all relevant stakeholders
- Monitor project timelines and milestones to drive efficient execution
- Identify and address potential risks or issues, escalating them as needed
- Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations
- Maintain organized project files and records for easy access and reference
