What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Collections Manager to join our growing Operations Team on a 6- month fixed term contract
- People manage and develop a high-performing team of Collections Team Leaders and report to the Customer Operations Manager
- Manage the day-to-day operations of Collections
- Complete internal and external audits
- Liaise with external partners to improve collections processes and optimise performance
- Relationship management with our outsourced partners and key internal stakeholders
- Develop and continuously improve reporting to monitor collections performance and identify emerging risks
- Drive innovation and automation across the Operations team, providing feedback to the Product roadmap and developing scalable processes that increase operational efficiency and reduce operational risk
- Project management and regular creation of various reports and OKRs for the management team
- Liaise with the relevant department working groups, providing up-to-date reports on collections
