Director of Software Engineering, Salesforce

• Experience with Lightning Components, Visualforce, Javascript, and HTML
• Experience developing and maintaining foundational AI infrastructure and tooling for their teams
• Experience with Ruby on Rails, Apex, REST/SOAP API
• Experience with leading design and architect discussions
• Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and product management to understand requirements, describe software product features, and participate in architecture designs
• Experience with short release cycles, the full software lifecycle, and experience working on a product that’s been released for public consumption
• Working experience in software engineering best practices including coding standards, code reviews, SCM, CI, build processes, testing, and operations
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Ability to lead, motivate and grow teams of developers in a challenging, dynamic, and global environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Participate in cross-functional coordination, planning, and reviews with leads from other engineering teams

• Drive the execution and delivery of features by collaborating with many cross functional teams, architects, product owners and engineers
