Accounts Receivable Specialist, Carrot Fertility

• This role requires someone who is organized, self-sufficient, and comfortable working in an evolving environment where processes are continuously improving

• 3-5 years of Accounts Receivable, billing, or related accounting experience
• Familiarity with accounting system NetSuite
• Experience with Salesforce to review customer records and support billing accuracy
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines
• Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-changing environment
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reconciliations, and managing large datasets (pivot tables, lookups, and basic formulas)
• High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information

• This role is responsible for managing subscription billing operations, maintaining customer account accuracy, and supporting collections efforts to optimize cash flow
• The Accounts Receivable Specialist will oversee the end-to-end billing lifecycle — including reviewing contracts to ensure alignment with billing records, updating customer information, generating invoices, and responding to billing-related inquiries from both customers and internal stakeholders
