Affiliate & Partnership Manager, Shine

• Experience: 2–4 years of solid, hands-on experience in Affiliate Marketing, Partnership Management, or Performance Marketing—ideally in a fast-paced SaaS, Fintech, or Scale-up environment
• Commercial Mindset: Sharp focus on revenue, conversion rates, and ROI, with a strong ability to structure and negotiate win-win commercial deals
• Connector Spirit: Extroverted, energetic, and highly confident communicator who effortlessly builds strong, lasting relationships with key partners and internal stakeholders
• Execution & Organization: Highly structured mindset; able to manage complex documentation across multiple product brands, track projects simultaneously, and turn data into autonomous action
• Languages: Native-level (or C2) German for high-stakes partner negotiations, along with fluent English for internal cross-functional collaboration

• As our Affiliate & Partnership Manager, you take full ownership of our affiliate and partner channels across the Shine ecosystem
• You won’t be eased in slowly: from day one, you’ll dig into our existing setup, reactivate dormant relationships, negotiate high-impact deals, and build new strategic partnerships from scratch
• You serve as the growth engine bridging top publishers, comparison sites, networks, and our internal Growth, Product, and Tech teams to scale Shine across Germany and beyond
• Transform our digital partner ecosystem into a high-converting revenue driver by optimizing existing partnerships across both Kontist and sevdesk product lines, acquiring high-performing new allies, and scaling commercial growth for Shine
• Hit the Ground Running: Evaluate existing affiliate activities across our product portfolio, refresh partner materials to reflect the Shine brand, reactivate quiet partnerships, and bring order and structure to complex deal setups from day one
• Commercial Negotiation & Ownership: Own agreement structures, placement deals, and commission models (CPA, CPC, CPL, RevShare)—constantly pushing for smarter commercial terms that maximize ROI
• Full-Engine Management: Run partner activation through targeted campaigns, incentives, and CRM-driven outreach. Translate metrics into sharp internal reporting that moves real business decisions
• Data, Tracking & Safety: Work closely with affiliate platforms and internal data teams to ensure accurate tracking and clean data across all Shine properties, while upholding strict standards for fraud prevention, brand safety, and compliance
• Strategic Growth & Scaling: Proactively pitch, onboard, and scale new publishers, financial comparison portals and corporate benefit partners to expand our market footprint
