Role
Who you are
- 2–3+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS company or a similar field
- A hands-on approach and the ability to take ownership – you thrive on building processes from scratch
- Proven experience with LinkedIn marketing, performance campaigns and content creation
- Fluent in both German and English – excellent communication skills in both languages are required
- Creativity and analytical thinking – you can design campaigns and measure their success
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and social media management tools
What the job involves
- As our first Marketing Manager, you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape and execute our marketing strategy from the ground up
- You’ll establish our marketing ecosystem, grow our brand and work closely with our founders
- Your role will cover everything needed to position traide AI as a leading name in the industry – from content creation to events and performance marketing
- Develop and implement our marketing strategy in close collaboration with the founding team
- Manage and expand our partner network and organize events (e.g., trade fairs, webinars)
- Create and manage content for social media (especially LinkedIn), our website and newsletters
- Optimize our website for SEO and collaborate with the design team on landing pages
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Develop whitepapers, case studies and other marketing materials
- Establish reporting and tracking systems to measure marketing success
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to support lead generation and funnel optimization
