Who you are
- We’re on the hunt for someone with an eye for innovation and an appetite for challenge
- 3+ years of experience in senior communication or marketing roles
- Expertise in digital marketing, social media strategy, and crafting standout content
- Passion for robotics, AI, or tech, with a creative twist
- Fluent in English and French
- Leadership skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

What the job involves
- As our Head of Communication and Marketing, you’ll be the architect behind inbolt’s voice and brand, developing and overseeing a comprehensive communication strategy for the company, aligned with inbolt’s company goals and expansion objectives
- Storytelling & Engagement: Craft bold, high-quality written, image and video content for our LinkedIn, website, YouTube, and newsletter, showcasing how Inbolt is reshaping the robotic manufacturing industry. You’ll manage content distribution to improve our reach and engagement and drive growth
- Tradeshows: Lead the planning and promotion of tradeshows across Europe and the US
- Relevant Content: Partner with tech, sales, and other teams to produce content that hits the mark across audiences
- Branding: Seek new ways to enhance inbolt’s visibility in the robotics and technology sectors (conferences, events, etc). Build and execute a communication strategy that will make waves
- Metrics: Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and HubSpot to measure impact and fine-tune campaigns
- Customer Advocate: Showcase real-world success stories through editing customer application videos, creating success stories, etc
- Company Advocate: Manage our relationship with press and media

Our take
The advent of smarter robotics presents an opportunity to overhaul industrial and manufacturing processes for the better. But getting these robotics to a place where they can efficiently and effectively take on real-life tasks presents a challenge.
Inbolt is here to help facilitate this change, with a vision system designed to empower industrial robots with the ability to adapt in real-time to their surroundings. At its core, the company's system acts as a guide to ensure robotic arms can move around spaces without the need for expensive, time-consuming and inflexible jigs and indexing systems.
It's a valuable proposition that brings with it the possibility to automate manufacturing processes such as tightening, glue application, visual inspection and the grasping of parts on moving lines. Investors see the potential too, and Inbolt has raised significant funds to further enhance its tech and reach.
