- You’ll have delivered some learning and development initiatives as well and you’ll understand how to build strong relationships with your managers very quickly, and ideally, but not essential, you’ll have some experience working with people in different locations/countries

What the job involves
- Tech Europe formed a few years ago by pulling together our local markets into one Tech EU Team, from a people perspective this came with tons of challenges and even more opportunities
- As a team, we’re headquartered in Soho London, where you’ll find the People Director and most of the Tech Team, the rest of us sit within Europe
- This role is all about proactive talent development, you’ll spend most of your time
- This role is all about proactive talent development, you’ll spend most of your time partnering with your managers likely 50/50 generalist HR and L&D focus
- You’ll be coaching managers doing some project work and being a fairness advocate in all that you do
- In your first 12 months you’ll have
- Established solid relationships resulting in great career conversations taking place, that have not just been 'a nice chat'- but have added real value to the individual and team
- Provide coaching to our people managers and support their ongoing learning and development and that of their teams
- Supported our People & Culture Director with embedding our career playbook (a competency framework we launched last year)
- Built a knowledge on “Learning/Growth mindset” for our Tech Europe people that has enabled them to take personal responsibility for their own learning and development growth
- Support to build out our DEI strategy and deliver against that plan
- And no doubt things that right now, we don’t know about…but that’s the fun of working in Tech Europe!

OOH (Out of Home) advertisement is one of the oldest yet most effective forms of brand marketing, and the industry is still experiencing innovation due to data-driven approaches and digital signage. However, securing OOH advertisement real estate can be tough, requiring businesses to source deals and communicate with commercial landlords & local authorities.
Clear Channel partners with commercial landlords, infrastructure providers, and local authorities to offer seamless advertisement experiences to its clients. The company focuses on offering digital billboards and posters, providing five different models depending on the campaign scale.
Whilst Clear Channel will face stiff competition from other UK-based OOH media owners, the company has been smart to form partnerships with commercial landlords and other relevant parties, acting as a middleman. The company also shows promise to increase access to OOH advertisements with its varied pricing options, overall making it easier for brands of any scale to reach offline audiences.
