Role
Who you are
- You have done this before - you have worked in high-growth international scale-up and you enjoyed building from scratch or re-building for scale
- You have experience working as an end to end recruiter within the GTM and business space (e.g., sales, marketing, business development, partnerships and you’re open to work
- Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms, tools, and best practices
- A proactive, adaptable, and innovative approach to solving hiring challenges
- Business proficiency in English (C2/C1)
- You’re open to work in a hybrid set up (1-2 days from our office in Berlin or the Hague) and to travel internationally (max. 1 x per quarter)
What the job involves
- We’re on a lookout for Talent Acquisition Partner, specialized in GTM & Business hiring to join our international People & Talent team to support further growth. The role is available for a 1 year contract
- End to End Recruitment Process: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for GTM (go to market) and business roles internationally, manage end to end recruitment process (from scoping the role, to setting up the process, to building the pipeline, to closing the candidate)
- Stakeholder Partnership & Advisory: Serve as an advisor to internal stakeholders to deeply understand business strategies and talent needs for today and the future
- Data & Insights: Use relevant recruitment metrics and analytics to optimize hiring processes, tell the story with data, present strategic and operational recommendations to business leaders (from where to hire, to how nurture the talent, among other things)
- Employer Branding: support and/or lead selected employer branding activities (including virtual and in-person events, Employer Branding campaign and content and more)
- 5 Star Experience: Provide outstanding candidate and hiring experience to anyone you’re working with (from your internal stakeholders to candidates and talent prospects)

With hundreds of customers across a wide array of industries, Eye Security’s proposition is a subscription model, making it more manageable for small businesses. Beyond its flagship cyber security and insurtech solution, the company also offers more tailored packages and industry-specific solutions, further widening its appeal.
It is this suitability for many industries that makes Eye Security stand out, and it has attracted substantial investment from the likes of JP Morgan. Interestingly, this will be used to consolidate its presence in European markets, rather than expanding into the likes of North America - where it would likely meet fierce competition from native companies.
