What the job involves
- Assist the sales team in mapping out content to address solutions for specific customer scenarios
- Create and maintain a series of solution plans for their domain of expertise and provide compelling presentations to customers
- Prepare for (and pass) industry certifications as needed
- Create effective and engaging content learning journeys with the learner in mind
- Provide guidance and coaching to our curriculum team on how to help with customer pin points
- Provide subject matter expertise for a variety of sales and GTM initiatives
- Conduct on-going research and develop solutions that will assist the sales cycle
- Collaboration with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality solutions
- As needed author and deliver live training, webinars, or thought leadership peieces
