- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, or a related technical field
- Substantial experience engaging with large, complex healthcare organizations on technical initiatives and supporting enterprise sales cycles
- Deep technical background, with the ability to master and discuss intricate details of LLM integration, AI automation, and healthcare data integration
- Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and compellingly, including delivering impactful presentations and product demonstrations to diverse audiences
- Strong customer orientation and a knack for building trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem

What the job involves
- We are seeking a dynamic and technically adept Enterprise Sales Engineer to join our team
- The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our sales, product, and engineering departments, ensuring seamless technical demonstrations and a deep understanding of our processes compared to our competitors
- This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach
- Technical Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations to explain how our products and services function, highlighting their unique value propositions and benefits
- Customized Workflows: Work with our technology to create customized workflows and templates, and being the subject matter expert on how to navigate a customers workflow needs
- System Requirements Alignment: Collaborate with customers and our engineering team to ensure our equipment meets all system requirements, addressing any technical challenges that arise
- Sales Support: Communicate effectively with the sales team to understand customer demands and provide necessary technical support during the sales process
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong rapport with customers, fostering trust and acceptance of our products and services
- Product Modifications: Plan and coordinate modifications to existing products to meet evolving consumer demands and ensure customer satisfaction
- Problem Solving: Assist clients in resolving any issues related to product usage, providing expert guidance and support
- Product Recommendations: Recommend new and improved products to customers, explaining how our solutions can be more cost-effective and beneficial for their needs

Many existing electronic health record (EHR) systems only add to the problem - digital, yes, but often too clunky, time-consuming, and disconnected from the tools doctors actually need. Athelas is tackling this by reimagining how healthcare software works, helping providers spend less time lcicking and more time caring for people.
Athelas offers a full suite of tools that combine AI-powered automation, remote patient monitoring (RPM), and integrated EHR and billing systems. The company has made some impressive strides lately too. After achieving unicorn status in 2022 and merging with healthcare software leader Commurein 2023, Athelas is now valued at around $6B. It has also partnered with organizations like Resilient HEalthcare to power at-home care programs, bringing hospital-level technology into patients homes. And with over 100 clients lined up to adopt Athelas AIR, the company is very much positioning itself as a leader in intelligent healthcare infrastructure.
