Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
- 3-5+ years of full time experience in growth or a related field
- Experience working in scale up or fast growing startup before
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making

What the job involves
- We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketer to join our team and help us accelerate our growth
- As a Growth Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, automatization and revenue
- You will work closely with the marketing, product, and engineering teams to identify and implement growth opportunities across multiple channels
- Since you’ll be one of the first member of the marketing team, you would be working on 360 projects together with the Head of Marketing, Laura
- Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across multiple channels including email, social media, paid advertising, content marketing, and SEO
- Take ownership for inbound marketing strategy & automation
- Optimize user onboarding and conversion funnels to increase user acquisition and retention rates (understanding the use of tools such as mixpanel or amplitude)
- Analyze and report on key metrics to measure the success of growth initiatives and make data-driven decisions
- Assist marketing team in day to day operation & implementation
- Stay up-to-date with the latest growth marketing trends and techniques and continuously experiment with new strategies to improve results

Today, the market offers a wide array of automated sales solutions. However, these tools frequently concentrate on automating isolated tasks within the sales cycle rather than providing end-to-end support.
