- Proven experience as an Office Manager and/or Executive Assistant, or similar role, for a fast-paced startup demonstrating excellent organizational and multitasking skills

What the job involves
- The Office Manager & Executive Assistant will play a key role in running day to day office operations and providing executive administrative support to our Co-founders
- This person will be the go-to person for all employees and office visitors and is responsible for everything from making sure the office is fully equipped, event planning, anticipating the needs of our leadership team, and much more
- Take ownership of office operations, ensuring a delightful experience for all team members and visitors
- Oversee the day-to-day office activities, including maintaining office supplies, managing equipment, coordinating daily lunch deliveries and handling facilities-related matters
- Assist C-suite executives and team members with various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling travel arrangements and even some dog walks from the office
- Lead the planning and execution of both onsite and offsite events, such as happy hours, holiday parties, trade shows, and company offsites
- Work closely with team leaders to bring their ideas for office culture and logistics support to life
- Collaborate with the People & Recruiting teams to support their efforts, from scheduling interviews to coordinating candidate travel logistics through to promoting strong company culture & team building activities
- Support all internal teams with group travel and event logistics
- Be present in the office 5 days per week to provide support and maintain an engaging in-office presence

The company's offering is certainly an attractive one for businesses handling large volumes of these claims - the solutions aim to help insurance providers detect and prevent fraud without impacting their productivity and customer experience. Historically, the insurance industry has had access to vast amounts of data without optimising its use. EvolutionIQ's machine learning algorithms harness the learnings from every data point, enabling much more well-informed, actionable insights.
In 2024, CCC Intelligent Solutions acquired EvolutionIQ, which will continue to operate as a standalone company. Following a successful VC funding round, it reached a valuation of over $200 million and is now focused on further product development and international expansion.
