Role
Who you are
- Advanced coding skills in Python (Pandas, Numpy) with experience integrating well tested production-level code into large code bases, and utilisation of Scikit-Learn modelling, and PyTorch or TensorFlow for building Neural Networks/Deep Learning
- Expert-level understanding of databases and schema design, complemented by advanced SQL skills to query and analyse data in a performant manner
- Expertise in version control using Git for collaborating with other developers and for managing code across different environments
- API integration with third party services e.g., OpenAI
- Strong understanding of Cloud technologies AWS/GCP/Azure required for all data-related activities
- Familiarity with deep learning techniques, including neural networks, CNNs, RNNs, and transfer learning
- Experience with visualisation tools such as Matplotlib/Seaborn/Plotly
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for automating model deployment and monitoring
Desirable
- Experience working with web-applications (Flask/Django, ORM, celery, RestAPIs, etc.)
- Docker for creating and managing containerised applications
- Experience using Transformers and HuggingFace library
- Familiarity with techniques for model interpretability and explainability e.g., Explainable AI
- Experience in management and development of small teams through coaching, performance management, and goal setting
- Ability to learn on the job in a dynamic environment where you embrace change and take on diverse challenges with a proactive and resilient attitude

- Reports to: Principal Analytics Engineer
- You be joining the Analytics Engineering Team, that sits at the interface between our Software Engineering and Analytics Consulting teams, and, in general, tries to blend skills from across these disciplines
- Members of the team serve a pivotal role in our cross-functional delivery teams, assisting with the design and creation of complex analytical features, whilst also helping to facilitate effective communication across the team
- In the dynamic landscape of financial, retail, and broader business sectors, our company is at the heart of cutting-edge advancements, witnessing a surge in clients eager to revolutionise their operations using ML, AI, and generative AI
- As we scale up, we're seizing the moment, reshaping our ML and AI prowess, and enhancing our client offerings
