What the job involves

As an Account Manager at Paubox, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our existing customers
This role will play a key role in driving expansion revenue by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional Paubox products and services
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Conduct regular check-ins to ensure customer engagement
Collaborate with our Customer Success team to drive adoption and maximize the value clients receive from our products
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional features, products, or services
Develop and execute strategies to achieve expansion revenue targets
Create and present proposals to customers for additional services or product upgrades
Negotiate and close expansion deals
Provide insights and recommendations to both customers and internal teams based on account performance
Work closely with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on customer needs
