Who you are
- These are the skills we’re looking for. Even if you don’t tick every box, but feel you’re right for us, we’d still love to hear from you
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or qualified by exceptional experience in FP&A
- Significant experience in an FP&A, commercial finance or strategy role, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth or start-up/scale-up environment
- Proven track record of building financial models and delivering insight that directly influences business decisions
- Advanced Excel skills are essential; experience with SQL, BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI) or financial planning software is a strong plus
- Deep understanding of subscription / DTC / eCommerce economics – you know your way around LTV, CAC, churn, payback periods and cohort analysis
- A naturally confident communicator who can translate complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives for non-finance stakeholders
- Mentally agile – you thrive in a fast-paced environment where the expectation is to operate with a strong sense of urgency
Desirable
- Experience in a regulated industry (pharma, healthcare, beauty)
- Prior experience supporting board-level reporting or investor relations
- Exposure to multi-brand or multi-entity financial consolidation
- Familiarity with Xero, NetSuite or similar accounting platforms
What the job involves
- As FP&A Analyst, you will be the commercial and analytical backbone of the finance function, partnering with leadership across all three brands to drive data-informed decision-making, own the budgeting and forecasting cycles, and deliver the financial insight that shapes the company’s strategy
- Own the end-to-end budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning process across Skin + Me, Hair + Me and Renew + Me
- Build and maintain robust financial models that inform strategic decisions – from pricing and channel mix to new product launches and market expansion
- Deliver monthly management reporting, variance analysis and KPI dashboards to the CFO and wider leadership team
- Partner closely with Marketing, Operations and Product teams to translate commercial activity into financial impact
- Lead the monthly business review process, providing clear commentary on performance versus plan and identifying risks and opportunities
- Support investor reporting, board packs and ad-hoc analysis for fundraising or strategic initiatives
- Develop and refine unit economics, cohort analysis and LTV/CAC frameworks for a subscription-based, multi-brand DTC business
- Champion continuous improvement in financial systems, tools and processes – we’re scaling fast and need FP&A infrastructure that scales with us
- Manage and develop junior members of the finance team as the function grows

With no truly effective solutions available, the company set out to build a pioneering online dermatology service that provides personalised skincare.
Skin + Me takes customers through a simple online medical consultation and work with dermatologists to prescribe a treatment, personalised to the individual. Part of the company's unique selling point is that its made-to-order formulation arrives through a subscription box each month and comes in a ‘Daily Doser’ – a specially designed bottle that dispenses the exact amount of the product needed for daily application.
Skin + Me is supported by a team of dermatologists, pharmacists and direct-to-consumer experts, which allows it to deliver across the business - from skin science to building the technology platform behind it. The company's growth plans include continual development of its services while ensuring it sticks to its ethos: providing desired, effective, and personalised skincare.
