Role
Who you are
- This role will best suit someone with 3+ years experience and with expert-level skills in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, along with solid proficiency in Photoshop
- You should have a strong portfolio that highlights your video editing expertise, particularly for social media and paid performance ads
- Your ability to capture and edit video across various formats and platforms is essential, as is your understanding of the performance marketing ecosystem and effective video ad strategies for different social channels
- We value strong conceptual thinkers who can work independently and collaboratively, possess excellent communication skills, and effectively manage multiple projects at once
- Expert-level skills in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, with solid proficiency in Photoshop
- A strong portfolio showcasing your video editing skills, specifically for social and paid performance ads
- Ability to capture video and edit it to fit various formats, styles, and platforms
- A good understanding of the performance marketing ecosystem and the types of video ads that work across different social media channels
- Comfortable with design programs (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) when required for creative production
- Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- While not essential experience with Figma for digital design work & familiarity with Cinema 4D for 3D motion design would be great additions
What the job involves
- Join our dynamic team as a Performance Content Creator, where you'll create captivating video content that resonates on social media and drives impactful ad performance
- You'll collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to produce visually stunning video ads tailored for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Our new Performance Content Creator will be reporting to Seb, who
- Bring your innovative ideas to life from concept to final edit while ensuring brand consistency across all assets
- Utilizing analytics to optimize your work, and enhance storytelling with engaging animations and motion graphics
- Capture and edit engaging video content, with a strong focus on creating impactful social media and paid performance ads
- Collaborate closely with our performance marketing and creative teams to produce video ads that align with brand guidelines and meet the specific requirements of different platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- Bring fresh ideas to the table, seeing projects through from concept to final delivery
- Be a strong brand guardian, ensuring consistent and unified messaging across all our video assets
- Use analytics to track the performance of video content, optimizing creative approaches based on data insights to drive acquisition, revenue, and customer lifetime value (LTV)
- Create compelling animations and motion graphics to elevate the storytelling in our video content
- Occasionally support with design tasks, ensuring you can flex into Adobe Photoshop and similar tools when needed
