Role
Who you are
- 3–5 years of experience in product management, with at least 1–2 years leading other PMs
- Demonstrated success building products from scratch and growing adoption
- Proven experience driving B2C product strategies, with working knowledge of B2B environments and a strong focus on customer and business outcomes
- Data-savvy and comfortable making decisions based on both qualitative and quantitative input
- Proven ability to manage technical complexity and work effectively with engineers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity
- Highly organized, proactive, and focused on outcomes
- A bias toward action—you move fast, prioritize well, and execute with urgency
- Passion for SafeRide’s mission and a desire to improve healthcare access
Desirable
- Experience in healthcare, logistics, or transportation
- Familiarity with APIs, AI, or other technical infrastructure

- As a Senior Product Manager at SafeRide Health, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of our platform
- You will own the product roadmap and collaborate across engineering, design, and operations to build impactful products
- This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution and is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and deeply values meaningful work
- Own and drive the product strategy and roadmap for both new and existing product lines
- Lead and mentor a small team of product managers while remaining hands-on in product development
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, operations, and client services—to deliver high-quality solutions
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to define priorities, inform product decisions, and measure success
- Launch and iterate on new features quickly to drive engagement and operational efficiency
- Translate complex business and user needs into clear, actionable product requirements
- Communicate product vision, decisions, and progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ensure product initiatives align with quarterly OKRs and deliver measurable business outcomes
Our take
Access to non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) is a key component of the patient experience, with poor transport options responsible for people not being able to receive life-sustaining services. SafeRide Health is focussed on improving NEMT through digitization - with a network of connected transport operators and the technology for health providers to optimise NEMT for clients.
SafeRide's platform is highly customizable by design so it can meet the needs of any Medicaid and Medicare Advantage plan or benefits structure. Through the company's technology, users can book a ride in minutes across a variety of channels, and it also provides analysis to support continuous, data-driven improvements.
Having raised significant funding in 2023, the company is embarking on a period of scaling and growth. It will also invest in AI and other self-service tools to improve the member experience, as it expands its national network to serve more of the millions of people who need access to NEMT in the US.
