Who you are

- Experience leading fintech client onboarding and/or facilitating customer success through project management
- Familiarity and experience with Alternative Investments and the Investment Management Industry
- Track record of executing professional services workflows for a SaaS-based software product company (preferably B2B)
- Analytical, data-driven, detail oriented, and resourceful
- Natural inclination to be proactive across a portfolio of deliverables and relationships
- Client-centric; a genuine interest to deliver results for customers
- Enjoys working in a collaborative environment, sharing best practices, and supporting teammates
- Communicative with an appetite for continual improvement
- Prior experience working in a high growth organization
- Prior experience diving into technical details of projects
- Prior experience with management consulting, business process outsourcing, or technology related professional services preferred
- Prior experience working in a high growth organization preferred
- CAPM, PMP or Prince2 certification a plus
What the job involves
- As a Project Manager, you’ll collaborate as a member of our Client Operations team to oversee product implementation and training of the Canoe platform
- Your goal is to demonstrate Canoe’s value and guide clients to receive maximum value realization
- This will include executing standard, predictable, and outstanding implementation-focused project plans while also providing clients with foundational knowledge to drive their successful adoption of Canoe's technology
- In this role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to share Canoe’s breakthrough technology with the market, work with mission-driven colleagues, and contribute directly to business outcomes
- Become an expert at using and helping others use Canoe's technology offering
- Lead clients through their Canoe implementation including platform configuration, upstream data connectivity, downstream data integrations, and training
- Organize and conduct client kick-off and weekly project management calls
- Create and maintain project plans for each implementation
- Execute client workflow analysis, design solutions, and aid client integration with Canoe's platform
- Collaborate with Canoe's Relationship Management team throughout the implementation process
- Provide weekly reporting on project health, scope, and timelines to internal and external stakeholders
- Travel may be required, up to 25%

The internet presents itself as a seemingly infinite source of crucial information, particularly when it comes to financial information to inform smart investment. However, the sheer amount of data available makes it incredibly difficult to mine, aggregate and analyze in a way that is fast and efficient enough to be useful.
Canoe leverages AI technology to automate the analysis of investment data, including document collection, data extraction, categorization and validation. The technology is provided in the form of cloud-based tools, API packages and integrated portals, ultimately aiming to present a unified system in which investors can tackle the inefficiencies of manual investment data analysis.
It's undeniable that other automated data analysis services are available, but the unified nature of Canoe makes it stand out as a solution with a lot of potential. Off of 2024's Series C funding, the company is further optimising and developing its product offerings.
