Role
Who you are
- You have at least 5+ years of experience in performance marketing and at least 2+ years of experience leading a high-performance team
- You have proven success in amplifying Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns at a substantial scale
- You are highly experienced in mobile attribution systems
- You have excellent analytical skills and are data oriented
- You are a team player and have a hands-on mentality
- Previous experience with subscription-based business models and interest in the investing space are both a strong plus
- Your English is fluent, German language skills are a plus, so is any other European language
What the job involves
- As Team Lead Marketing, your focus will be on crafting scalable strategies and executing them efficiently
- Your focus will be on paid social channels (Youtube, Instagram & Meta), as well as paid search channels (Google, App Store). Ideally, you are also familiar with affiliate marketing and CRM
- Lead testing and growth efforts in new channels, such as native ads, to expand our digital reach and implement scalable processes and tools
- By working closely with the founders, you develop holistic marketing strategies and implement them together with our growth team
- You set goals and evaluate the performance of the various measures and strategies, consistently pushing for improved results
- You will be in charge of the growth team, ensuring implementation of successful growth strategies and the well-functioning of your team
